Question: What desktop platforms are supported by iWritingPen?

Answer:  In the current release, desktops with Windows10, Windows8, Windows 7 and Vista and Mac OS X 10.6 or later are supported.

Question: Why iWritingPen with such sophisticated functions are offered at FREE?

Answer: iWritingPen comes with advertisement for FREE. iWritingPen relies on the wireless WIFI network connecting between iPad / IPhone and the desktop PC. Such advertisements are affecting the performance of the iWritingPen, in terms of response time, particularly in the Mouse Pointer movement. To enjoy the best performance of iWritingPen, you are highly suggested  to purchase the features “Keyboard / Mouse” to make this App “advertisement free”.

Though you may not prepare to purchase, please write us a GOOD comment on Apple App Store or like us at Facebook. We need your appreciation and support!

Question: Why there is no response on some control buttons

Under multiple monitor display working mode of PowerPoint, the second monitor display is connected to the projector.  Sometimes, mouse pointer is put on the main screen monitor instead of 2nd screen monitor with projector display. In that case, iWritingPen could not send command to PowerPointer slide on the 2nd monitor display. iWritingPen requires your mouse pointer is put on the current PowerPoint slide for it to work. Therefore,  please click your mouse, by single tap on iWritingPen, on your existing PowerPoint slide of the screen monitor, which is being connected to projector, to let  the PowerPoint slide window is ready for keyboard input, i.e. keyboard in focus prior to your start of presentation.
